MASCMA

2023 Fall Festival
Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in our event!

The Maryland Avenue and State Circle Merchants’ Association (MASCMA) community comprises over 25 independently owned shops, services, and restaurants in the Heart of Historic Annapolis. MASCMA is happy to have been hosting festivals on Maryland Avenue in the heart of Historic Annapolis since the 1970s. Our Fall Festival is one of the longest-running in our state! Our festivals take place on the first two blocks of Maryland Avenue between State Circle and Cumberland Court. We also host block parties on the first block of Maryland Avenue, closest to the State House.
We are delighted to invite visiting vendors to join us for our RAIN OR SHINE street events several times a year. Typically, the “Art on the Avenue” block party (part of Annapolis Arts Week in early June), and Annual Fall Festival (late September) bring out 500-1000 visitors.

Vendor Details

Vendors receive a 10’ x10’ street space on Maryland Avenue for $100 . Vendors must provide their own tables and tents as needed. Tents must be secured with 40lb weighted bags. Any tent that is not properly weighted down will be asked to be removed. MASCMA is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by wind or improperly installed vendor equipment. Vendors must accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their items or equipment.

Food trucks and food vendor spaces are $80. These vendors must supply their Anne Arundel County health permit with their application and have it on their person at the event. NO ALCOHOL may be served on the street without special permitting and with permission from MASCMA.

Food vendors must supply their own trash receptacle for food meant to be consumed on-site and remove their waste at the end of the event.

Events are RAIN OR SHINE and will be canceled via email by 8am the morning of the event should weather conditions be prohibitive. Vendors will be considered for future events should we have to cancel. NO REFUNDS are possible.

Our association reserves the sole right to determine which vendors would be most appropriate for a particular event.

We ask that you do not bring music/sound components to your space unless it is integral to your product or performance as we will be able to accommodate a limited number of these vendors in addition to the scheduled performances at the event.

Next Steps...

1. The board will review your application and available space and follow-up with you via email.

2. If selected, you will receive an email with set up times and parking information, a link to pay your vendor fee, and other logistical details.

3. If you are not selected for this event, we hope you will consider submitting to a future event. We receive a number of applicants each year and would love to consider you for a future date.

Thank you again for your interest in being part of our Maryland Avenue and State Circle events! We look forward to having you!
